Shipping & Returns
Even though we want you to be happy with our product we realize that sometimes returns to happen. To return a product please contact us and get an authorization to return. Please note that we do not accept returns after 30 days. If an item is damaged, please report it immediately so we can contact UPS or Fedex to file a claim. Please report all claims within 10 days from receipt of merchandise.
We ship UPS Ground and Expedited services with Fedex. We can use the USPS however please note that all USPS orders may take 24 hours to process even though we try to get them out the same day. We try to expedite all UPS ground orders within 24 hours however sometimes we do have orders that require extra attention. We have a 3 part check system where each order is checked 3 times before going out.
Our Backorder policy: Even though we try to avoid backorders, with over 5,000 items in our offering and as much as we try to keep everything in stock, sometimes we run out of product. Our Backorder policy is FREE SHIPPING on all backordered items, which does not include presales or new items as those are not backorders.
